Terms and Conditions – Lumea Key
- Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products offered on the website www.lumeakey.com.
2. Products
Each Lumea Key is a personalized creation. The visuals shown are non-contractual but faithfully reflect the spirit and aesthetic of the product.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in CAD or EUR, all taxes included. Shipping fees are specified during checkout.
4. Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or does not match the description. Any request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
8. Liability
Lumea Key cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
